Yes. Milk México, AC is an authorized charity by Mexico's tax authority, the Secretaria de Hacienda y Crédito Público. We can emit a receipt for the value of goods and/or services as well as cash. As of December, 2008 our authorization is valid and current for Mexico, Canada and the United States as well as other countries that have a tax treaty with Mexico.

2. How do I make a donation? Where will you spend the money?

We are looking for cash and services more than goods since they will help us to conduct our programs and to acquire items and/or donations such as brochures, gifts/prizes (books, electronics, gift certificates, etc.) and media (ad space for campaigns). We appreciate any contribution - you can make it easily and directly to our bank account.
